"Employees at the Motorcycle Mall are friendly, they provide insight into questions and offer solutions to the various questions that I asked. Both the Parts and Slaes department are excellent. I have made numerousl purchaces and would rate their service to be professional and of excellent quality, when compared to some other facilities. They stand by there products and warranties and provide alternatives to the various problems and questions asked. They will return your call as promised and they provide correct information on parts saving me from purchasing parts that are not suitable for my bike Several employyes stand out as being excellent in dealings that I have had with them. They are Joe, and the rest of the crew from the service department, Jay, James, Sergio and his wife from the sales department. In adddition all the employees at the Motorcycle Mall have a friendly attitude, always remebering your name and greeting you when you come in by your name. They are all great and have become more of a friend than a regular employee. One of the best shops to go to if you need service, parts, apparel, gear, questions asked their mechanic offers insight into correct installation and repairs. Most of all they offer great deals on their Bikes, Parts, Equipment and apparel. "I am an auto tech by trade, so I have heard the horror stories that go along with getting a vehicle serviced. Motorcycle Mall came highly recommended and with good reason. My bike went in, in perfect condition and came back in the condition it was left in. "I HAD PURCHASED MY FIRST MOTORCYCLE FROM MOTOR CYCLE MALL. JOEY WAS VERY HELPFULL TO ME AND APPROACHED ME AS SOON AS I WALKED IN THE DOOR WITH A SMILE AND REAL COMFORTING ATTITUDE. "I have been doing business with these guys for at least 6 years.
My first bike was a Vulcan 750. After having it for about 2 years I decided to by a 1500 vulcan nomad FI. 2001 model.
The service department has been spot on when it comes to maintaining my bike.
Last October 2005 my bike was passing fuel thru the exhaust and did not run for crap. I called the Motorcycle Mall and John (the owner) answerd the phone , He advised me not to drive the bike to the store and took my street address down and personally came and loaded the bike in the back of his truck. I would like to add that I tried for over 1 hour to find a tow service locally and nobody wanted to tow the bike.

"I just had my 92 VFR services last week and I am very happy with the work.
I started by dropping my bike off on Thursday with a promise of getting it back on Friday. On Friday I called and it was not ready but that is understandable since I was getting a full service and they were checking one of my gauges, and getting new tires. On Saturday I thought I was getting my bike back but they discovered I was riding on 3 cylinders. They recommended a Carb cleaning and I accepted. Now I had to wait till Tuesday to get my bike back since they are closed on Sunday and Monday. On Tuesday I was feeling for my bike.
When I got it back I was extremely impressed. My 18 year old bike runs like NEW. They did a great job and it was really worth the wait.

"I saw Motorcycle Mall on the web and took a ride out there on my Mean Streak for a look see. You are greeted at the door and asked if you can be helped or directed to the area you want. I told him I wanted to look around a while and wandered through the isles of varied motorcycles for about
1 minute before being confronted by a friendly sales person. He asked me if there was anything particular I was looking for and replied," Just looking around." I was impressed with the widely varied amount of machines available. Parts looked organized and well stocked, but what about the personnel? I've walked up to parts counters and been treated like I was invisible. You can take a number as you walk into the parts area but usually you don't have to. There it plenty of personnel available to help you and or direct you to the many item in the isles of stock in this area, including clothing. I left that day saying to myself this looks
like a good place to work. I returned at a later date and spoke to Shawn Mitchell who just so happened to be their Sales Manager and spoke with him about purchasing a new 2006 Yamaha FJR1300A. I had all my guns loaded and ready to go but never had to take a shot. He was very pleasant to work with and gave me the best deal I had to date. I punched this bike in Nov. 2005 and said I would have it by March 2006. I had some trouble with Yamaha shipping it out by that date but he was right there to lend a hand this problem. I now this is going to sound funny but I trusted this guy from the start. I now own this bike and I am very pleased with it. Had some Issues with some missing items and again they were right there to help. Keath, the service manager took care of everything that I needed. The poor guy runs the service area and I don't know where he gets his energy from. They are well staffed, educated and have infinite patience with any problem you may have. I am a auto, diesel and motorcycle mechanic for more than 30 years and would be proud to work for a well organized dealership as this. Buy your next bike, atv or water craft from Motorcycle Mall.

"I took in my '93 Suzuki GSXR 750 for service and repairs a couple of months ago. I had a number of issues with my bike including the carb jets. They had me up and running in no time.
