We back our products 100% and will never charge a restocking fee for web purchases

Return/Refund (shipping product back to our NJ warehouse)

Any new, unused, and un-ridden product purchased within a 30 day timeframe is eligible for a full refund. Please follow the below steps to ensure your product arrives back to Motorcycle Mall's Belleville, New Jersey warehouse safely and your refund is processed promptly.

Please contact our offices by emailing our Website Return Department. The specialist will review the instructions on your return/refund and will provide you with a Return Authorization number.

Once you obtain your Return Authorization (RA) number, please include it on all paperwork associated with your shipment.

All product(s) must be in original packaging, with tags included and original receipt included in the shipment package (with RA#). Any product received that we feel is not in new and unused condition will be returned to the customer and the refund will not be processed.

You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with the return. The shipping amount with be deducted from your refund. This will be discussed with every customer when obtaining the Return Authorization number.

You have 14 days to return your product to our Belleville, New Jersey warehouse from the date that you are given your Return Authorization number.

Once we receive your return item(s), please allow 48 business hours for our Returns Department to process your claim. You will receive an email or phone call when your claim has been processed. Please note if we are processing a refund to your debit or credit card, your refund process time will vary depending on your banking institution.

All shipments must be returned to Motorcycle Mall's Belleville, New Jersey warehouse. Please retain your tracking information as Motorcycle Mall is not responsible for packages lost or stolen during shipment back to our warehouse.

**We cannot accept any return or exchange of any worn, dirty, or damaged merchandise. If you are not completely satisfied with your shipment please contact our Web Specialist at (973) 751-4545 or email. Customer service is a top priority for our family owned and operated business and we strive for our customers to be 100% satisfied with their purchases.

**We cannot accept any Returns or Exchanges of Helmets purchased through our website. If you need help with an online helmet purchase, you can always email Ginamarie@MotorcycleMall.com or call Motorcycle Mall during regular business hours (973) 751-4545 and ask to speak to a Helmet Specialist.

Electronics, Tools, Tires, and Hard Parts

Any package that has been destroyed is not returnable.

Any electronic item that has been removed from its packaging or shows any signs of attempting to be installed is not returnable.

Any item where the seal has been broken is not returnable.

Defects/Damaged Goods

If an item you order is defective please advise the Returns Department immediately. We will assist you with the product and put you in touch directly with the manufacturer for a Warranty Claim.

If you received damaged product due to shipment please contact Returns@MotorcycleMall.com or call (973) 751-4545 during normal business hours. Please keep all original packaging of product and shipment packages for our review. If possible, please take pictures of your product and shipment package and send to our Returns Department email address. These claims are handled through the shipping carriers (UPS, FexEx, USPS) but we will assist you in this process.
